Manchester United are in talks over a deal for Dinamo Zagreb’s Robert Muric.
Manager David Moyes may be able to secure the 17-year-old striker for just £300,000 in compensation despite the player being valued at £6million.
There is a dispute over whether Muric has signed professional forms. Chelsea and Barcelona have also watched the Croatia Under 17 World Cup star.

Muric's father, Branko, has reportedly admitted his son could be on the move this month after growing frustrated with the attitude of Dinamo management.
Branko was asked about staying in Croatia and Robert moving to Hajduk Split.
'Hajduk? No, thanks,' was his reported reply.
Moyes has a number of January targets, including Everton's highly-rated England midfielder Ross Barkley.

Nobody gets a player rated at 6 million for 300 grand. Someone's just plucking figures out of thin air.

A 17 year old with no first team experience is about all United will get to sign for a mid table team with all the attraction of a Southampton or Aston Villa. Well done Moyse a totally out of his depth manager with NO European experience in his last job and will be carrying on this tag at Old Trafford next season. The Theatre of Dreams will soon be renamed the Theatre of Nightmares. Moyes must be fired out the door immediately and send Ferguson after him for pushing for this inept joke of a manager to take over from him, good judge of character ay?

Why don't they just but the players they need now aswell as looking for the future. Anderson bebe djemba djemba cleverley the list goes in with failed midfielders. Spend the money on 1 or 2 decent players and not 5 or 6 hopefuls. Only in my humble opinion of course.

United followers have either been wearing blinkers - or hoodwinked. United's appeal in all the years under Alex was to give promising young players the "Royal Seal of Approval" as a player/ trainee before cashing them profitably in the transfer market. That's what buying 'value for money' means to United!
